Highly productive and energized leadership training hosted by the Greater Watertown Jaycees. This one-day training event will provide participants with fun and interactive training that will sharpen existing strengths and master new skills and abilities. Effective leadership is not reserved for people in executive positions or the corporate boardroom. Leadership characteristics are necessary for everyone who is seeking the right solutions to continue to develop their career and be recognized for their talents, intelligence, and innovation.

Everyone has amazing powers of influence in their organization—more than previously known. Participants will learn how to increase their current level of influence. By understanding the patterns and factors that are at play in virtually every influential trend, it’s the little things that can make a big difference! This training will examine different types of people who spark and those who deter positive change from spreading across organizations and groups. By assessing your own behavioral style, determine how to tap into the ‘law of the few,’ the ‘stickiness factor,’ and ‘the power of context.’ Use techniques for getting your ideas heard and accepted by first understanding the human dynamic of change.
