Challenge
At every level of an organization, individual effectiveness matters. For administrative personnel, skilled team members, and mid-level managers alike, poor performance compounds the hidden costs of sluggish productivity, missed opportunities, and higher turnover. Individuals are more productive and use their talents to greater effect when they share a common vision based on your organization’s mission and goals.
Solution
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Introductory Workshop helps individuals tap into the best they have to give. They become empowered with new knowledge, skills, and tools to confront issues, work as a team, increase accountability, and raise the bar on what they can achieve.
About the Course
In the full-day 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Introductory Workshop, individuals learn principles that propel them toward greater self-fulfillment. They discover how to maximize performance and reach career goals by avoiding both dependence on others and independence, and moving on to where real success lies—being interdependent. This allows them to experience first-hand the rewards of superb cooperation and collaboration.
