Franklin Covey: The 4 Roles of Leadership

Program description:
Leaders unleash talent and capability by carrying out the 4 imperatives in a ‘whole person’ way. They are sequential in that one builds upon another, and simultaneous – meaning that you must constantly pay attention to all four in order to sustain outstanding performance. Great leaders can be defined as having these 4 imperatives or roles:
- Inspire Trust
- Clarify Purpose
- Align Systems
- Unleash Talent
Speaker Bio:
Harvey Young is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Finance and has served eight years in the United States Air Force on both active duty and in the reserve. Prior to his work with Franklin Covey, he spent 30 years in executive positions. Harvey was founder and President of MortgageXpress Financial Services, a mortgage banking company that generated over a billion in annual sales with revenues that exceeded $3,000.000. Harvey is active in him community and lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, Tonyia, and twin sons.
